D&D Dice: Kills one creature on a failed Will and Fort save or deals damage per caster level on a successful Fort save.

Description: Creates a phantasmal image of the most fearsome creature imaginable by forming the fears of the enemy's subconscious mind into something that its conscious mind can visualize. Enemies can make a Will save to disbelieve the spell and suffer no ill effects. If they fail the Will save, they then must make a Fortitude save or die from fear. A successful Fortitude save still results in 2 to 4 damage per caster level.

Notes: This spell is an instant death spell, and like others, the instant death part is blocked by death block and Death Ward, however the damage on a succeeded Fortitude Save is only blocked by Death Ward
