Description: An electrical discharge strikes the initial target and deals 1d3+3 Electrical Damage per 2 caster levels (maximum 5d3+15 Electrical Damage at caster level 10). It then leaps to another random nearby creature and hit them with a similar shock. A successful Reflex save reduces damage by half. On a failed reflex save, the target must make a Will Saving Throw or be stunned for 5d2+2 seconds or until they take damage.
