Earthquake Evocation Level: Druid 8, Blight Caster 8 Cost (Spell Points): 45 Components: Somatic, Verbal Metamagic: Embolden, Empower, Enlarge, Heighten, Intensify, Maximize, Quicken Range: Standard AOE Target: Foe, Positional, Breakable Duration: 30 Seconds Cooldown (Seconds):  4 Save: Reflex save for half damage and negates knockdown School: Evocation Spell Resistance: No D&D Dice: Deals 2d6 level bludgeoning damage.

Description: Summons an earthquake beneith your enemies' feet. Enemies within the area of effect have an additional 30% spell failure change, and every three seconds they are knocked down and take 2 to 16 points of damage. A successful reflex save vs the damage halves the damage, and a reflex save vs the knockdown negates it. The earthquake lasts for 30 seconds. Flying enemies are immune.
