D&D Dice: Deals 1d6+1 Cold damage per caster level, max 10d6+10. A successful Reflex save reduces the damage by half.
    

Description: Conjuring a bottle of freezing liquid, you throw it at your feet dealing 2 to 7 Cold damage per caster level to nearby enemies, max caster level 5.
