Deflect Arrows Type: Passive Prerequisites: Requires Monk Requires Dragon Disciple 13 Dexterity Description: You knock aside one incoming projectile that would have struck you every 6 seconds. Benefits: Block one incoming missile. This effect has a cooldown of 6 seconds

Projectiles that miss do not count towards the 1 deflected projectile per 6 seconds quota.
