Note about the code:
category is a filter on the category/categories it should return. To return items with Yellow slots (for example), use 'Items with a Yellow Augment'. 'Items with an Augment' should broadly match all augment slots (I hope).
includematch is a regex statement which tests if the 'binding' parameter in an item is "btcoe" i.e. Bound to Character on Equip. 
{{!}} literally represents '|' character
include refers to a Template & selects the emtpyaugments parameter. I don't know if there are more templates missing here.
