Feat Wild Shape- Wolf Icon.png

Wild Shape

Type: Active
Prerequisites: None
Description: Form: Transform into the shape of an animal or elemental. Each form grants access to special spells that require that form.

Animal forms, such as Wolf or Dire Bear, increase the cooldowns of your non-animal form spells to 2.5 times their normal length. When in animal form, your equipped weapon attacks are replaced by natural attacks that are specific to the form you are in. These natural attacks benefit from the treasure effects on your equipped melee main hand and offhand weapons (such as the Flaming effect). They also benefit from feats that grant bonuses to unarmed weapons, such as Weapon Focus: Unarmed. You still gain AC and other bonuses from shields, You cannot use wands or scrolls while in animal form.

Elemental forms keep their weapons, and get a variety of bonuses and penalties to different spells, depending on the form.

When changed, you are considered an animal, elemental, or magical beast depending on the form. If you are a warforged, you are no longer considered a Living Construct. You can now be healed normally by positive energy spells, you become immune to repair spells and rust damage, your healing when you rest is based on your heal skill, and you lose your racial immunities to sleep, energy drain, poison, etc. You also lose the benefits of your Warforged HEaler's Friend enhancements.

You can only be in one form at at time.
