Two Weapon Fighting Type: Passive Prerequisites: 15 Dexterity Cannot have Single Weapon Fighting Description: Reduces the penalty for fighting with two weapons, and increases the chance to produce off hand attacks when fighting with two weapons (or handwraps) by 20% to 40%. Benefits: Reduces the penalty for fighting with two weapons +20% off-hand attack proc chance (bringing chance to 40%)

Automatic Grant: This feat is granted free to Ranger at class level 2 Bonus Classes: Fighter Monk Notes: Does not function in animal forms.
