This damage is halved on a successful Will saving throw vs. DC(19 + Charisma Mod + Evocation Bonuses) Benefits: Your Eldritch Blast deals: +1 Cold Damage +1d4 Cold damage per two Warlock Levels A successful Will DC: 19 + Charisma Modifier + Evocation Bonus save halves the damage
