Past Life: Mixer of Magics Type: Passive Prerequisites: Heroic True Reincarnation in the Alchemist class Minimum Level 3 Cooldown Timer: 3 Minutes. seconds Description: You recall more about your past life as an Alchemist. You gain +1 to the Use Magic Device skill, and ones per Rest you can restore Spell Potints to yourself. Once per Rest, activate this alchemist ability to gain 5SP + 3SP per Character Level (max 65 at level 20). In epic, this increases to 10SP + 5 per Character level (max 160 at level 30). 3 minute cooldown. Benefits: +1 Use Magic Device Every 3 minutes you can increase your Spell Points: Heroic: 5SP + 3 per Character Level (max 65 at level 20) Epic: 10SP + 5 per Character level (max 160 at level 30)
