| Description: Your soul is fractured, shifted, or connected to another in some way. Gain +3 to all Skills plus an additional +1 for every 2 Character Levels. Gain +1 to all Saving Throws plus an additional +1 every 3 Character Levels.
When you get hit with Melee or Ranged attacks, there is a very small chance your Echoing Soul will cause you to become Afrid, Blinded, or Immobilized for six seconds with no save. The souls within you will screen for several seconds before this occurs. Immunities to these conditions do not apply to this effect. | Benefits:
- +3 to all Skills
- +1 Additional for every 2 character levels
- +1 to all Saving Throws
- +1 Additional for every 3 character levels
- If struck by Melee or Ranged Attacks:
- Small chance of becoming Afraid, Blinded or Immobilized
- Lasts 6 Seconds
- Immunities do not apply
