Breath of the Fire Dragon Type: Active Prerequisites: None Activation Cost: 10 Ki Description: Fire:Fire:Fire Finisher - A cone of searing flame shoots forth, damaging targets in the area of the flames for 1 to 6 damage for each monk level. This damage scales with 2x Melee Power. A successful Reflex save (DC 10 + Monk Level + Wisdom Modifier) reduces the damage by half. D&D Dice: Deals 1d6 fire damage per monk level. This damage scales with 2x Melee Power. Benefits: Fire:Fire:Fire Finisher: 1d6 damage for each monk level This damage scales with 2x Melee Power A successful Reflex DC: 10 + Monk Level + Wisdom Modifier save reduces the damage by half.
