My original mock-up included a column for events, but events aren't always associated with game updates. Since not every event instance would be included, it's slightly misleading to include them here. More relevant, the other columns can make great use of the reclaimed space to minimize word wrap and keep a tidier appearance.

The original table includes "Various minor fixes" in the Game Systems columns for updates with no big ticket items to display. but pretty much all updates include various minor fixes, so that's not meaningful data. It only serves to clutter the columns, and there's nothing wrong with an empty update row. You still get a link to the update page and the date it was released, and that's sufficient to justify the row's existence in the table.
