Type: Passive
Prerequisites: None
Description: Wildmagic - When you cast spells, you have a small chance to have additional strange effects occur around you. These effects very greatly from helpful, dangerous to just silly. Grants a 5% change of a Wildsurge every time you cast. Wildsurges will also manifest over time passively. Wildsurges do not occur in public spaces.
