Shout Ranks: 3 Points (per rank): 1 Benefits: Spell-Like Ability: Shout Metamagic: Embolden, Empower, Heighten, Intensify, Maximize, Quicken Emits an ear-splitting yell that does 4 to 8 Sonic damage per caster level to all targets in its path. A successful Fortitude save halves the damage. Metamagic Feats may be used when casting Spell-Like Abilities at no additional cost. Rank 1: Activation Cost: 15 Spell Points Cooldown: 12 seconds Rank 2: Activation Cost: 12 Spell Points Cooldown: 9 seconds Rank 3: Activation Cost: 9 Spell Points Cooldown: 6 seconds
