Illusion IV: Phantasmal Killer Ranks: 1 Points (per rank): 1 Benefits: Spell-Like Ability: Phantasmal Killer Metamagic: Embolden, Enlarge, Heighten, Quicken Cooldown: 6 Seconds Activation Cost: 10 Spell Points Creates a phantasmal image of the most fearsome creature imaginable by forming the fears of the enemy's subconscious mind into something that its conscious mind can visualize. Enemies can make a Will save to disbelieve the spell and suffer no ill effects. If they fail the Will save, they then must make a Fortitude save or die from fear. A successful Fortitude save still results in 2 to 4 damage per caster level. Metamagic Feats may be used when casting Spell-Like Abilities at no additional cost.
