A successful Reflex save reduces the damage by half. If the target fails its Reflex save, it must make a Strenght check or be knocked down. As a bolt this spell is double range, The spell also clears away all lingering effects in its path, such as clouds and walls of fire. Metamagic Feats may be used when casting Spell-Like Abilities at no additional cost. Passive: While casting all spells: +1 Caster Level +1 Maximum Caster Level
