Combustion +77: Passive: +77 Equipment bonus to Fire Spell Power. Immunity to Fear: The wearer of this item is immune to all fear effects. Fire Resistance +21: +21 Enhancement bonus to Resist Fire. Tira's Splendor: Provides the Pierce Silver feat, allowing your equipped weapons to break Silver DR. Rune Arm Imbue: Fire III: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d6 fire damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
