Glaciation +202: Passive: +202 Equipment bonus to Cold Spell Power. Evocation Focus +8: Passive: +8 Equipment bonus to DC of Evocation spells. Natural Armor +19: Passive: +19 Natural Armor bonus to Armor Class. Occasional Overcooling: Your shots from this Rune Arm have a 15% chance of freezing your target solid for six seconds. (Fortitude Save negates, DC is equal to your Rune Arm shots, +2 per Charge Tier the shot was fired at). Rune Arm Imbue: Cold VI: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d12 cold damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
