Mass Frog Ranks: 1 Points (per rank): 2 Benefits: Spell-Like Ability: Mass Frog Metamagic: Embolden, Heighten, Quicken Cooldown: 60 Spell Points Activation Cost: 1 Minute Up to six nearby enemies are turned into frogs. Each may avoid ribbiting on a successful Fortitude saving throw vs DC (20 + Highest of INT/WIS/CHA + Transmutation Bonuses). Metamagic Feats may be used when casting Spell-Like Abilities at no additional cost.
