Rune Arm Focus +4: Passive: +4 Equipment bonus to DC of Rune Arms. Efficient Metamagic - Empower II: The additional spell cost for using the Empower Metamagic feat is reduced by 2 Spell Points. Rune Arm Imbue: Acid IV: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d8 acid damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
