  • Attuned to Heroism: Tier 1: This relic is attuned to heroic actions. If you have earned enough favor with the Purple Dragon Knights of Cormyr, you can upgrade this relic at their representative in Eveningstar to become part of a Planar Conflux item set.
  • +7 Enhancement Bonus: Weapons and Shields: +7 Enhancement Bonus Attack and Damage rolls. Armor and Shields: +7 enhancement bonus to Armor Class.
  • Supreme Good: This weapon is infused with the ultimate power of Good. It does an additional 3d6 damage to non-good targets and can only be wielded by Good aligned characters.
  • Radiance: This weapon is imbued with a brilliant radiant power that deals an additional 4d6 Light damage and blinds the target on a successful critical hit.
  • Greater Sun Burst: This weapon blazes with the eternal fury at the heart of a sun. Occasionally, this power comes to the survace, unleashing a nova of light which will blind the struck enemy, dealing severe light damage to it and any other nearby foes.
  • Fiery Detonation: On an attack roll of 20 which is confirmed as a critical hit this power will be released, dealing damage to the target and all enemies near it for 15d6 fire damage. A successful Reflex DC: 39 save reduces this by half.
  • Planar Conflux: When this item is equipped at the same time as a Planar Focus, you will gain set bonuses based on the Planar Focus that you have equipped.

This magnificent bastard sword appears to somehow have been made from a ray of solidified light. It is nearly weightless, and despite its size, is able to be wielded effectively by anyone who is proficient in the use of short swords. Rumor and hushed whispers tell of three sunblades among the Stars of Day that stand out from their brethren, feared by all that hide in shadow and darkness. This blade is Celestia, the Brightest Star of Day.

Bugs:  If something adds additional damage type, this might cancel the innate DR breaking properties of this weapon. It is for this reason that the upgraded version has a Green slot, instead of a Red slot like all other Caught in the Web items; adding a damage type through a Red slot would break Celesta's innate DR breaking properties. Enchant Weapons also breaks the innate DR breaking by adding the "Magic" damage type to the weapon.
