Fires electrical bolts at enemies. At higher charge levels multiple bolts are rapidly fired. Opponents struct by the crystals receive a Reflex save for half damage.

  • Insightful Intelligence +10: Passive: +10 Insight bonus to Intelligence.
  • Transform Kinetic Energy: Each time you are physically hit in combat there is a chance that the energy of the blow will be converted into spell points.
  • Rune Arm Recharge Rate +30%: This Rune Arm has a 30% Enhancement bonus to its Charge Rate.
  • Sovereign Lightning Strike: This item crackles with power, flickers of lightning emanating from it. On any vorpal strike that is confirmed as a critical hit, this item will strike your foe with a tremendous burst of lightning. A successful 100 DC: Reflex save reduces this by half.
  • Rune Arm Imbue: Electrical VI: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d12 electrical damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
