Adamantine: Found only in meteorites and the rarest of veins in magical areas, this ultrahard metal adds to he quality of a weapon or suit of armor. Weapons made of adamantine have the ability to bypass the protective damage reduction of certain monsters.
Mithral: Mithral is a very rare, silvery, glistening metal that is lighter than iron but just as hard. When worked like steel, it becomes a wonderful material from which to create armor and is occasionally used for other items as well. Most mithral armors are one category lighter than normal for purposes of movement and other limitations. Spell failure chances for armors and shields made from mithral are decreased by 10%, maximum Dexterity bonus is increased by 2, and armor check penalties are lessened by 3.

Extra Details: While this looks decent, two groups of enchantments on here are the same bonus, and do not stack:

Superior Stability (AC Portion) and Protection are both deflection bonuses, so the Protection enchantment is redundant and doesn't do anything
Superior Stability (Saves portion) and Resistance are both resistance bonuses, so Resistance +4 is used if your character is not True Neutral, otherwise the Superior Stability value of +6 is used
