On vorpal hits the wielder's weapons will also afflict the target with a powerful Vulkoorim poison. Dexterity +5: Passive: +5 Enhancement bonus to Dexterity. Deception +2: +2 Enhancement bonus to hit and +3 Enhancement bonus to damage to attacks that qualify as Sneak Attacks
