Vitality +60: Passive: +60 Vitality bonus to Hit Points. Insightful Sheltering +23: +23 Insight bonus to Physical and Magical Resistance Ratings. Intimidate +22: +22 Competence bonus to Intimidate. Incite +53%: +53% increase to threat generated from melee damage. Upgradeable - Primary Augment: This item can be upgraded to contain a Yellow, Blue or Red (weapons and shields only) augment.
