Charge Tier 1: 4 to 10 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 2: 5 to 15 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 3: 6 to 20 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 4: 7 to 25 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 5: 8 to 30 + 1 to 10 per Artificer Level Maximum Charge Tier: III: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier III. Radiance +66: Passive: +66 Equipment bonus to Light and Alignment Spell Power. Lifesealed 18%: You are immune to magical effects that cause instant death. In addition, you have a 18% Enhancement bonus to Negative Energy Absorption. Ghostly: Equipping this item causes you to become partially incorporeal. Your melee and missile attacks do not roll a miss chance for Incorporeal targets. Enemy attacks have a 10% chance to miss you due to your incorporeality. You receive a +5 enhancement bonus to your Hide and Move Silently skills. Disrupting Weapons: While wearing this item, your melee and ranged weapons gain Vorpal Effect: On an attack roll of 20 which is confirmed as a critical hit this weapon will completely destroy an undead. Powerful undead may resist the vorpal effect until sufficiently damaged. Rune Arm Imbue: Evil II: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 1d4 evil damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
