Path of the Guarding Stone: While wearing this item and in mountain stance, there is a chance you will be protected by a Stoneskin spell when enemies strike you. Stunning +6: +6 Enhancement bonus to DC of character's Stunning Blow and Stunning Fist attempts. Stone Prison: This weapon is invested with the power of the earth. On an attack roll of 20 which is confirmed as a critical hit it will attempt to turn the target to stone, as the Flesh to Stone spell. A successful Fortitude DC: 27 save negates the effect. Fusible: Something about this item looks incomplete. Perhaps in the future it will be compatible with another item to create a brand-new fusion of the two.

These strips of cloth seem to be always covered in dust and fine bits of rock. When striking enemies they will occasionally stun them or turn them to stone, and when wielded by a Monk in Earth Stance they will sometimes protect the wearer with stone as well.
