Minor Freezing Ice: While you are wearing this item, your melee, ranged, and unarmed attacks gain the Minor Freezing Ice ability. (When the weapon is used, an icy power occasionally comes to the surface, attempting to freeze an enemy solid and encase them in ice.) Drag this augment into a slot to upgrade a freezing cold, icy power, that deals 1d8 Cold damage on hit that can occasionally lock targets in frozen ice. This augment can go in a Red, Orange, or Purple Augment Slot.
