The Hall of Heroes in Eberron can be entered from four locations:

• The Marketplace - Portal is on a piller in the west side of the city, near Dirty Laundry
• Guild Airships - Talk to the captain
• Stormreach Teleporter
• From the character selection screen, if you have the Hall of Heroes Passport
