Primal Ally - Sky Ranks: 1 Points (per rank): 2 Benefits: Spell-Like Ability: Primal Ally - Sky Metamagic: Quicken Cooldown: 20 Seconds Activation Cost: 50 Spell Points Sky Storm Rager: Creates a greater storm spirit to blast your foes with Lightning, Cold and Sound (using your Electric, Cold, and Sonic Spell Powers, respectively) and adding double the highest of your (INT/WS/CHA) modifier to their casting DCs. Remains bound to their summoning spot. Metamagic Feats may be used when casting Spell-Like Abilities at no additional cost.
