Fires a missile of force that damages your enemies. At higher charge levels multiple projectiles are fired in a spray. Opponents struck by these bolts receive a Will save for half damage.

Charge Tier 1: 3 to 6 + 1 per Artificer Level

Charge Tier 2: 5 to 11 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level
Charge Tier 3: 6 to 16 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level
Charge Tier 4: 7 to 21 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level
Charge Tier 5: 8 to 26 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level

  • Maximum Charge Tier: V: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier V.
  • Spell Lore +19%: Passive: All your spells gain a +19% Equipment bonus to their chance to Critical Hit.
  • Potency +158: Passive: +158 Equipment Bonus to All Types of Spell Power. (Universal Spell Power is a different statistic.)
  • Sovereign Nightmares: On Vorpal Hit: If your target has fewer than 5,000 Hit Points, a burst of pure terror emanates from this weapon, snuffing out its life as if it were the subject of a Phantasmal Killer spell. If your target has above 5,000 Hit Points, they instead take significant Force damage.
  • Legendary Nightmare Guard: On being hit or missed, this item has a chance to attempt to fear your enemy, ripping the life from them as they were struck with a Phantasmal Killer spell. Enemies must make a Will DC: 100 save versus the Fear or a Fortitude DC: 100 save versus Death or be slain. Even if they make their save versus Death, they may be still be feared.
  • Mind Drain: This item reduces your maximum spell points by 5% while equipped.
  • Rune Arm Imbue: Force VI: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 2d10 force damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
