Halfing is a playable Heroic Race.
General[edit]
Halflings are small, thus they have lower strength scores, but they start out with a higher Dexterity scores. This causes for many halflings players to favor dex to damage builds, such as Monk or Rogue.
Dragonmark[edit]
Halflings, affiliated with House Jorasco, can bear the Dragonmark of Healing. This gives halflings a the ability to add healing to any build, being able to cast Heal 4 times per rest at it's max.
The Dragonmark of Healing can also grant a short buff, Positive Energy Leeches, that lasts a number of seconds equal to your heal skill, that will remove negative levels, diseases, etc.
