Description:

Fred can change the feats you chose while leveling up, both standard feats (Levels 1, 3, 6, etc.) and selectable class feats like Ranger's Favored Enemy, Artificer's Bonus Feats, and Rogue's Special Abilities, etc.

This change costs either a Feat Respec Token, 15x Astral Shards, or Platinum and Siberys Dragonshards

You can't change out a feat in which you are still dependent on (i.e. you can't change out Two Handed Fighting if you have Greater Two Handed Fighting)
