Greater Dispelling Guard: This item is infused with a power that purges out the magical energies of those that strike the wearer. When the wearer is hit in melee it will apply a Greater Dispel Magic effect to the attacker, stripping away its protective spells.

Quality Magical Sheltering +11: Passive: +11 Quality bonus to Magical Resistance Rating.
