Rank 2: Cooldown: 9 Seconds +2[W] damage On Damage, your PRR and MRR are increased by 4 for 12 seconds. Rank 3: Cooldown: 6 Seconds +3[W] damage On Damage, your PR and MRR are increased by 6 for 12 seconds.
