Deals fire damage to a target with a cone shaped blast of fire. At higher charge tiers the blast is larger. Opponents within the blast receive a Reflex save for half damage.

Charge Tier 1: 4 to 10 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level

Charge Tier 2: 5 to 15 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level
Charge Tier 3: 6 to 20 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level
Charge Tier 4: 7 to 25 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level
Charge Tier 5: 8 to 30 + 1 to 10 per Artificer Level

  • Maximum Charge Tier: II: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier II.
  • Lesser Fire Resistance: +3 Enhancement bonus to Resist Fire.
  • Reflex Save +1: This item gives a +1 Resistance bonus to your Reflex saves.
  • Rune Arm Imbue: Fire I: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 1d4 fire damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
  • Craftable Rune Arm: This Rune Arm is craftable and can be customized using recipes at standard crafting devices after disjuncting.

Description: Several parts of this Rune Arm appear to have been removed by kobolds scavenging for trap parts. Artificers can equip Rune Arms to their off-hand, and can use them even while wielding a crossbow of any type. Holding the block key will charge the Rune Arm - releasing it will fire. Rune Arms scale their damage based on your Aritificer Level.
