The Lords of Dust Chain consists of four quests, and after completed grants you teleportation to Eveningstar, from either The Harbor (Through The Spinner's Prison (Public Instance)), or from either of The Blood on the Vine Tavern or Blue Water Inn's exit options.
Each quest requires the previous one to enter
