Last Hope Ranks: 1 Points (per rank): 1 Benefits: Available in U55 When dropping below 20% health +50 Melee Power +50 Physical Resistance Rating +50 Magical Resistance Rating Heal Spell occurs ever 2 seconds Lasts 8 seconds Has a 5 minute cooldown +35 Maximum Hit Points +20 Maximum Spell Points +5 Melee Power Description: When you drop below 20% health you gain +50 Melee Power and Physical and Magical Resistance Rating for 8 seconds and you apply a heal spell yourself as the divine spell, four times over the duration of the effect. This can only occur once every 5 minutes, or if you have the Guardian Angel feat, once every 3 minutes.
