    Hurls books at enemies. At higher charge levels multiple books are rapidly fired. Opponents struck by the books receive a Reflex save for half damange.

    Charge Tier 1: 4 to 14 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level

    Charge Tier 2: 5 to 19 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level
    Charge Tier 3: 6 to 24 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level
    Charge Tier 4: 7 to 29 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level
    Charge Tier 5: 8 to 34 + 1 to 10 per Artificer Level

    • Maximum Charge Tier: II: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier II.
    • Ghostly: Equipping this item causes you to become partially incorporeal. Your melee and missile attacks do not roll a miss chance for Incorporeal targets. Enemy attacks have a 10% chance to miss you due to your incorporeality. You receive a +5 enhancement bonus to your Hide and Move Silently skills.
    • Insightful Shatter +1: +1 Insight bonus to DC of character's Sunder attempts.
    • Profane Lifeforce +12: +12 Profane bonus to Hit Points.
    • Rune Arm Imbue: Evil Shot I: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 1d2 evil shot damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher).
