- Force enemies in the are to make a Fortitude DC: 14 + 1/2 Bard Level + Charisma Modifier + Stunning Bonus save versus being frozen solid in frigid ice for 6 seconds.
- Even if they make the save, the take 20d20 Cold Damage and are significantly slowed for 6 seconds.
