Notes: Lahar will also trade legacy Shard/Scroll/Seal ingredients to the new ingredients used by the nearby altars. If you have a Nebula Fragment in your inventory, there is a separate conversation available that will allow you to upgrade some Legendary items into Perfected versions, making them Minor Artifacts.
