On day 13, you'll be sent to find a book that is located in the quest, Turn the Page near the entrance. Take this book back to Steps.
Day 14, Steps will have used the book to create these goggles.
Equip the goggles and explore the game to find hidden chests to collect heroic and legendary dust of vile darkness.
