Uses of this ability recharge at a rate of one every: 15 seconds in private areas 3 seconds in public areas If Leap of Faith was taken: Private area recharge rate is every 12 seconds Passive: +1 Epic Bonus to all Spell DCs +50 Maximum Spell Points +5 Fire Spell Power +5 Light Spell Power +5 Alignment Spell Power +5 Positive Spell Power +5 Universal Spell Power Description: You are now able to leap through the air to bring the fight to your enemies or traverse chasms what make normal adventurers balk. 6 second cooldown. Using this ability costs 10 spell points. Uses of this ability recharge at a rate of one every 15 seconds in private areas, and 3 seconds in town. If you already have the Leap of Faith feat, it now recharges at a rate of one every 12 seconds in private areas instead.
