Feat Required: Artificer Rune Arm Use! Minimum Level: 3 Bound to Account on Acquire

Enchantments: Electrical Lash Target: Foe, Directional, Breakable Duration: Instantaneous School: Evocation Fires a slow-moving ball of electricity that lashes nearby opponents. At higher charge tiers additional enemies are lashed. Opponents struck by this receive a Reflex save for half damange. Charge Tier 1: 4 to 10 + 1 to 2 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 2: 5 to 15 + 1 to 4 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 3: 6 to 20 + 1 to 6 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 4: 7 to 25 + 1 to 8 per Artificer Level Charge Tier 5: 8 to 30 + 1 to 10 per Artificer Level Maximum Charge Tier: II: The maximum charge tier of this Rune Arm is Tier II. Reflex Save +2: This item gives a +2 Resistance bonus to your Reflex saves. Power II: Passive: +20 bonus to your spell point maximum. (If you have Sorcerer or Favored Soul levels, you gain additional spell points proportionate to the ratio of those levels to other classes). Rune Arm Imbue: Electric I: Wearing this Rune Arm will imbue any weapon you wield, dealing 1d4 electric damage per hit. This damage scales with 200% Melee or Ranged Power (whichever is higher). Craftable Rune Arm: This Rune Arm is craftable and can be customized using recipes at standard crafting devices after disjuncting.
