Caster Level: 20 15 / 15 Charges(Recharged/Day: 15) Glaciation +111: Passive: +111 Equipment bonus to Cold Spell Power. Ice Lore +16%: Passive: Your Cold spells gain a +16% Equipment bonus to their chance to Critical Hit. Wand Maximizing: Spells cast from this wand are treated as though they were Maximized, dealing 100% more damage than they normally would. This damage increase does not stack with bonuses granted by enhancements.
