| release name | Define the release that this is in. For example "Update 40" or "Update 40 Patch 1". |
| what to check for | Enter what part of the page to check for. Blank for the whole page. |
| custom category | If present, a category that this item will be included it. Use is more for larger update changes (W changes in U62) |
