This template is used on equipment for the Offensive Effect enchantments.

Example Usage
{{OffensiveEffect|Magma|Legendary}}	Legendary Magma:  Attacks and offensive spells deals fire damage over time on hit or spellcast, and slow enemy movement.
{{OffensiveEffect|Negative|Legendary|{{Dice||1|3}}}}	Legendary Negation:  Attacks and offensive spells have a chance to inflict 1d3 Negative Levels.
{{OffensiveEffect|Dripping Magma}}	Dripping with Magma:  Your attacks have a high chance to deal very strong fire damage over time.

Parameter Documentation
Effect	Defines which effect is being added for damage. Possible Values: Negative Steam Vent Steam Electric Sonic Magma Dripping Magma Mind Freeze TempHP
Difficulty	This specifies which difficulty Possible Values: Legendary Basic - Default if it doesn't match any of the above
Dice	Any dice that are needed Possible Values: Negative - used for # of levels Sonic - The amount of damage Mind - The amount of time enemies are confused TempHP - Number of hit points
Title	Title of the enchantment if it doesn't match the default
Intro Text	And text that would go in the description before the type info.
