Description:
Primal Avatar Destiny Mantle: Your Healing spells have a chance to apply a copy of Rejuvenation Cocoon to your target. Your Fire, Light, and Alignment spells have a chance to apply a extra blast of that damage type. All effects scale with 100% Spell Power. Each effect can only occur once every 5 seconds, tracked separately. Any Melee or Ranged Attack can also generate one of these effects. | |
