Improved Dilettante: Artificer Ranks: 1 Points (per rank): 1 Benefits: +30 Maximum Spell Points Artificer Knowledge: Potions Considered to have 2 Levels of Artificer for: Items, except Rune Arms Description: Your knowledge of magical items has improved, and now extends to potions. +30 maximum Spell Points. For item use purposes you are now treated as a second level Artificer (or your total character level, whichever is lower.) This does not allow you to use Rune Arms.
